Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On personal data”, the user (the data subject, hereinafter the User) consents to the processing of their personal data by sole proprietor Sergey Yuryevich Korol (OGRNIP 325460000038746, TIN 461107156717, registered at 305540, Russian Federation, Kursk Region, Kursk District, village of Kolodnoye, Tikhiye Pereulochki St. 116, hereinafter the Operator) on the terms set out below.
1. Which action grants this consent
1.1. Consent is deemed given when the User performs any of the following actions:
- placing and paying for an order for the Operator's goods and/or services on the website grayking.ru;
- starting to use the Telegram bots @GKPhoto_bot and @GKDesign_bot — sending the “Start” command or pressing any button in the bot;
- sending the Operator a message through a Telegram bot or by email.
1.2. The terms of this Consent and the Personal Data Processing Policy are made known to the User before those actions are performed and are available in the Telegram bot in the “Documents” section and on the Operator's website.
2. Personal data
2.1. Personal data includes: surname, first name and patronymic; email address; telephone number; delivery address; payment details; images (where contracts for photo sessions and/or masterclasses are concluded); and other data provided by the User when placing an order.
2.2. When a Telegram bot is used, the data passed automatically by the Telegram service is also processed: the numeric chat identifier (chat id), the first name and surname from the Telegram profile, the username, information about interaction with the bot, and the content of messages sent to the Operator.
3. Purposes of processing
3.1. Personal data is processed for the purposes of:
- concluding and performing contracts of sale and of paid services;
- delivering digital goods and confirming that they have been delivered;
- complying with the requirements of Russian law (including tax and accounting law and 54-FZ on the use of cash register equipment);
- arranging delivery, return and exchange of goods;
- sending notifications about the status of an order;
- settling claims;
- operating payment and feedback services;
- sending informational and promotional messages about the Operator's new work, services and special offers.
5. Operations performed on personal data
5.1. Processing of personal data includes: collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, use, transfer (including disclosure to the third parties listed in section 6), blocking and destruction.
6. Transfer to third parties
6.1. Personal data may be transferred to third parties to the extent necessary for the purposes set out in section 3, namely to:
- payment system operators and banks;
- fiscal data operators;
- courier and postal services;
- IT providers, hosting providers and cloud services.
6.2. Data may be transferred to other persons only in the cases provided for by Russian law.
7. Term of the consent and its withdrawal
7.1. The consent is valid from the moment one of the actions listed in section 1 is performed until the document retention periods established by Russian law expire.
7.2. The User may withdraw consent by sending a notice to art@graykingdesign.com. The Operator stops processing and destroys the personal data within the period established by Russian law, except for information the Operator is required by law to retain.
8. Other terms
8.1. This consent is universal and applies to all of the User's orders and enquiries.
8.2. Performing the actions listed in section 1 constitutes the User's unconditional agreement to the terms of this Consent.
